- 1 Bean curd 200g
- 2 Spinach 200g
- 1 Cut tofu into rectangular slices about 5 mm thick and spinach into slices
- 2 Pour oil in the pan, fry tofu slices, fry until golden brown on both sides, fish them out, put oil in the pan, stir-fry spinach! Stir-fry until eight ripe. Add fried tofu slices, salt, soy sauce and cover for about one minute. Make tofu not crisp and hard, eat it vigorously!
