Stir-fried steamed buns at home~

There is no refrigerator at home, and steamed bread tends to deteriorate when it is bought too much in summer. Whats more, fried steamed bread is delicious and prevents steamed bread from spoiling and wasting.~

Food Material List

  • 1 Steamed buns 4
  • 2 Ham 1 roots
  • 3 Carrot 1 roots
  • 4 Egg 3
  • 5 Green Chinese onion
  • 6 salt

Operational steps

  • 1 Wash and dice carrots

  • 3 Whisk eggs three times and mix well (three parts)

  • 4 The steamed bread is sliced, of moderate size.

  • 5 Stir-fry the chopped onions in a hot pan until the oil is hot. Stir-fry the carrots for a few times. Then stir-fry the ham slices and steamed bread. Stir-fry the eggs evenly on the steamed bread. Continuously stir-fry to prevent the steamed bread from turning golden yellow.
