- 1 Boil water in a pot, then pour a few drops of vegetable oil into it, add a small amount of salt (so that the Scalded Vegetables are green and not yellowish). Pour the washed vegetable cover into the pot until the water boils again for 2 minutes, then remove the vegetable cover and cool it in cold water.
- 2 Chop the scallops and squeeze them dry.
- 3 Add lard in the pot, heat the oil, pour in the squeezed vegetable cover, stir-fry until loose, then sprinkle with chili powder and salt to season and serve.
