Stir-fried vermicelli with soybean sprouts for dinner

Operational steps

  • 1 Fans are soaked in warm water for 15 minutes in advance. Cut dried chilli into small pieces and scallions into scallions.

  • 3 When bean sprouts are half-ripe, they can soak soft vermicelli. Add a little hot water and season with soy sauce, salt and monosodium glutamate. Stir-fry for a while, and when the marinade is dried up a little, you can start the pot.


Remember to add water after the fans, or the fans will be easy to paste the pot. Dont dry the brine too much. When the pot is dry, the fans are very easy to stick to it. If you dont like minced meat, you can do without it.
