Operational steps

  • 1 Disposal of food materials. Rinse lotus root, peel and slice. Rinse it in hot water and set aside. Cut the scallions into small pieces and cut the dried chili peppers into spare parts.

  • 2 Sweet and sour juice. Sauce, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar and water are mixed in proportion of 1:2:3:4:5 to prepare sweet and vinegar juice for reserve.

  • 3 Stir-fry. Hot pot into oil, hot oil into onion, chili pepper, pepper fragrance. Stir-fry lotus root slices on high heat, then add sugar and vinegar juice to stir-fry for a moment.
