Before I saw this activity, I thought of this sauce. This is what my classmates mother has done before. I have eaten the most sauce in college. I feel that it tastes good whether its rice mix, noodles or steamed bread, stir-fried vegetables, hot and spicy cooking. If the taste is too strong, you can add soybean sauce to fry it again. It tastes good, too.
Food Material List
- 1 Fleshy meat stuffing 250g
- 2 Wujiang pickled mustard 2 bags
- 3 Dried radish 30g
- 4 Chili patse 500g
- 5 Pixian bean paste 100g
- 6 Very delicious soy sauce 2 scoops
- 7 Tomatoes 1
- 8 Shallot, ginger and garlic Come to your own taste.
- 9 Star anise 2
- 10 Cumin powder and pepper powder 1 scoops
- 11 Cooking wine 1 scoops
- 12 Bean paste 60g
- 1 Lets start with a picture of pickles. It tastes good. It goes well with white porridge. Its best to have this sauce. Its really good for making meat sauce. Its superb!
- 2 Dry-clean radish and set aside.
- 3 Three kinds of sauces. Lets take a picture.
- 4 The minced meat is marinated for 15 minutes with a spoon of cooking wine, a spoon of very fresh soy sauce, a spoon of pepper and cumin powder. Peel and dice tomatoes. Mix the three sauces evenly. Shredding onions, ginger, garlic, pickles and radishes.
- 5 Stir-fried peanuts, cool them and crush them with a rolling pin.
- 6 Heat oil in the pan, fry anise slices and remove them. Stir-fry ginger with minced ginger.
- 7 Stir-fry half of onion and garlic until fragrant. Pour in marinated meat and stir-fry over high heat.
- 8 Stir-fry until the meat is white. Pour in the remaining ingredients and stir together.
- 9 Stir-fry and pour in the mixed chili sauce.
- 10 Stir-fry the red oil. It smells good.
- 11 Add tomatoes and stir-fry over high heat.
- 12 Sprinkle another spoonful of sugar and stir well. Stir-fry again and turn off the fire.
- 13 Sprinkle the peanuts and shallots after cooling.
- 14 A good helper for dinner!
