Operational steps

  • 1 One potato, one eggplant and two green peppers, peel and set aside.

  • 6 After frying the potatoes, put the eggplant in the oil and fry until golden brown on both sides to drain the oil.

  • 7 Put the excess oil in a clean bowl and leave a little oil in the pan. Then pour all the ingredients into the pot.

  • 8 Now stir-fry the freshly fried potatoes with the eggplant and the ingredients in the pot, adding fuel consumption in the process.

  • 9 Take time to make a skull, raw powder and water. Stir-fry well in the pan, turn off the heat and start the pan.
