- 1 One potato, one eggplant and two green peppers, peel and set aside.
- 2 Ingredients: Ginger slices, onions, garlic and chili peppers, cut into spare.

- 4 After the preparation, heat the pan and put enough oil in it.
- 5 Start putting potatoes in the pan at 80% oil temperature and fry until golden brown on both sides. Drain the oil and set aside.
- 6 After frying the potatoes, put the eggplant in the oil and fry until golden brown on both sides to drain the oil.
- 7 Put the excess oil in a clean bowl and leave a little oil in the pan. Then pour all the ingredients into the pot.
- 8 Now stir-fry the freshly fried potatoes with the eggplant and the ingredients in the pot, adding fuel consumption in the process.
- 9 Take time to make a skull, raw powder and water. Stir-fry well in the pan, turn off the heat and start the pan.
- 10 Loading plate. Disanxian is finished.
