This dish is my daughters imperial dish. It serves as an artifact. But, usually: she eats tomato juice, and I eat prawns. I said, next time I wont cook prawns, just make tomato juice! She answered: No! Thats not fragrant! Hey hey, you used prawns as seasoning!

- 1 Prawns, cut off the claws of shrimps, open the back, take shrimp thread, put in the salted ice water and soak slightly.
- 2 Chop tomatoes and onions. Cut red and yellow peppers.
- 3 Chop ginger and garlic.
- 4 In a hot oil pan, the prawns are drained and fried for 30 seconds. Add a little oil to the frying pan, add ginger and garlic, tomato and onion, stir-fry, add ketchup, stir-fry well, add wine, soy sauce and sugar, and boil in a little water. After tasting, add fried prawns and roll the juice slightly. Glutinous rice flour with water, and finally add white vinegar, start the pot.
Shrimp should be fresh. The proportion of sugar, vinegar and ketchup has to be tried to find the one that suits your taste.
