Operational steps

  • 1 Wash the three layers of meat, put water in the pot, cook the meat until it is three-fold cooked, pick it up and chill it for later use. Green pepper cutter, garlic seedlings cut inch long. Stir-fry ginger and meat slices in the pan until they are rolled. Remove and fry with green pepper. Stir-fry garlic and fried meat slices until green pepper and garlic are even. Stir-fry with two spoons of soybean paste for a second time to start the pan. The fragrant back-to-the-pan meat is ready.
