Volvariella volvacea and plum blossom meat

Food Material List

  • 1 Black pig plum A small box
  • 2 Straw mushroom A small box
  • 3 Egg skin One oclock

Operational steps

  • 1 Plum blossom meat is beaten on both sides with a noodle stick and marinated with rice wine, onion, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sugar and salt for one day.
  • 2 Wash and slice straw mushrooms, stir-fry them with olive oil and chop the spare egg skin.
  • 3 Frying pan in olive oil, marinated plum blossom meat in the frying pan until yellowish on both sides can be served.
  • 4 Stir-fried straw mushroom slices on a plate, sprinkle with egg peel, pour into steak sauce and serve with tomato sauce.
