Winter melon and kelp bacon soup

Food Material List

  • 1 Wax gourd a slice
  • 2 bacon A small piece
  • 3 Kelp Appropriate amount

Operational steps

  • 1 Peel and wash wax gourd, cut bacon, wash and slice kelp, then rinse and slice kelp
  • 2 Fry the bacon slices in a frying pan with less olive oil, add onions, ginger, garlic and a little yellow rice wine, and pour into boiling water.
  • 3 After boiling, turn to low heat and cook for a while. Put kelp and wax gourd slices in high heat. Boil over low heat for 20 minutes and season with salt.
