- 1 Shredded meat 300g
- 1 Delicious Meat Shredded Fish Seasoning with 60g Clear Water, Mixed evenly and seasoned into a sauce.
- 2 Add yellow rice wine 15g and dry starch 15g to 300g meat shreds. Mix well. If the meat shreds taste more tender, add an egg white.
- 3 After the frying pan is heated, add 60g vegetable oil and heat to about 40% oil temperature. Add shredded meat and simmer for about half a minute.
- 4 Add fish sauce and stir-fry over high heat for 1 minute.
