Yunnan-flavored fried tea-tree mushroom

Food Material List

  • 1 Fresh Tea Tree Mushroom
  • 2 Shredded meat
  • 3 Celery

Operational steps

  • 1 Prepare materials, cut fresh tea mushrooms and celery into segments, cut carrots into thin strips, cut meat into shreds and marinate for 5 minutes with salt and cooking wine.
  • 2 Heat the oil pan.
  • 3 Pour in shredded pork and stir-fry with soy sauce, sugar and cooking wine.
  • 4 Stir-fry tea mushroom, add a little more if soy sauce is not enough, stir-fry till seven minutes.
  • 5 Stir-fry celery and carrots until stir-fried. Add salt and chicken essence to start the pan.
