Operational steps

  • 4 Add other spices, stir-fry crab meat for 2 minutes, add crab cover, spray cooking wine, stir-fry over high heat for 5 minutes, stir-fry over medium heat until crab cover turns red.
  • 5 After picking up the juice, sprinkle the scallion into the pan.
