Food Material List

  • 1 Bamboo fungus 4 roots
  • 2 Bean curd 1 boxes
  • 3 Shrimp 1 only
  • 4 Dry scallop/Yao Zhu Appropriate amount

Operational steps

  • 1 Wash and cut the bamboo balls with soaking water, soak the scallops in half a bowl of water, sprinkle a little salt on the tofu slices, shell the shrimps and dice them, cut the celery beads, and set aside.
  • 2 Pour dried scallops and water into a casserole, boil with tofu, bamboo floss and soup, boil over low heat for 5 minutes, add shrimp meat, wait for shrimp meat to turn red, sprinkle salt and celery beads, then boil.
