Food Material List

1 Egg 1
2 Low-gluten flour 15-20g
3 Baking powder (not added) 1-2g
4 Yogurt About 50g
5 White granulated sugar Self determination
6 White vinegar or lemon juice 2, 3 drops

Operational steps

1 Container for separating egg yolk from egg white, water-free and oil-free, and do not mix yoghurt with yoghurt to mix evenly (yoghurt can be added or not with you)
2 Mix egg yolk with low gluten flour and baking powder to form batter.

6 Put it in the microwave oven for about a minute. You can poke it with chopsticks to see if you cant do it again.
7 The finished product I dumped it on the plate and drenched it with some yogurt. I didnt make it very sweet, but it was really soft and good.
