Food Material List
- 1 Grass carp two or three
- 2 Scallion Appropriate amount
- 3 Coriander Appropriate amount
- 4 shredded ginger Appropriate amount
Operational steps
- 1 Slice fish (not too thin), cut ginger, coriander and scallion.
