Operational steps

  • 1 Remove the head and bones of grass carp to form fish fillets, add salt, wine, pepper, egg white, water starch and salted slightly. Tear the black fungus into small pieces after foaming. Wash and slice the cucumber.

  • 4 Heat the remaining oil in the pan again, stir-fry the scallions and ginger powder, stir-fry the black fungus, then pour in the cucumber slices and stir-fry.

Tips

The amount of oil is slightly more than when cooking. In addition, it is better to use non-stick pan
fillets into the pan as little as possible after turning the pan, the possibility of frying fish fillets to the bottom.
