Five-spiced tofu dried (air-dried dehydration)

Mother used to make dried tofu for her family. Put the stewed tofu in the bamboo frame to dry slowly. It tastes fragrant and dry. Its chewy. My father and I like to be snacks. Especially when I watch TV, I feel good. Now that there is an oven at home, its more convenient. Its much hygienic.
Food Material List
- 1 Dried bean curd at will
- 2 Marinade
- 1 Boil the dried tofu in brine and soak for 2-3 hours. Be careful not to boil too long to avoid blistering.
- 2 Put the tofu dry and filtered in the oven, and bake it slowly at 80 degrees for about 15 hours. Reduce time if you dont want to do too much. I usually put it in the oven at more than 8 p.m. and it will be ready at 11 p.m. the next day.
- 3 Well done is like this, the color is darker than before drying. Its chewy and fragrant. Good things to watch TV and drink!
