Mother used to make dried tofu for her family. Put the stewed tofu in the bamboo frame to dry slowly. It tastes fragrant and dry. Its chewy. My father and I like to be snacks. Especially when I watch TV, I feel good. Now that there is an oven at home, its more convenient. Its much hygienic.

Operational steps

  • 1 Boil the dried tofu in brine and soak for 2-3 hours. Be careful not to boil too long to avoid blistering.
