  • 1 Kite Powder 200g
  • 2 sugar 20g
  • 3 salt 14 spoons
  • 4 Yeast powder Twelve and fourteen spoons
  • 5 Yolk 1
  • 6 Unsalted butter 100g
  • 7 Milk 40g
  • 8 butter 20g

Operational steps

  • 1 The dough was kneaded to the expansion stage by post-oil method, put into a basin and covered with fresh-keeping film for basic fermentation.

  • 5 Connect the two ends and put them into the silica gel mould. (Some of them are directly made into large cakes and spread out in moulds so that the bottom of the baked product is not hollow.)
