1 Low-gluten flour 85g

3 water 40g
4 sugar 70g
5 egg-yolk yellow 5
6 egg-white 5g
7 Lemon juice Few
8 Matcha Few

Operational steps

1 Baked Qifeng Cake
2 Separation of yolk and egg white
3 Stir well with water and oil.
4 Sift in flour
5 Add flour and mix evenly, without granules.
6 Whisk the egg white to the bubbles and add a third of the sugar.
7 Add a third of the sugar when its delicate.
