Operational steps
- 1 After the duck meat is washed, boil water in the pot and put in three shallots, ginger slices and cooking wine. Boil. Skim off foam
- 2 Prepare seasonings.

- 6 Boil until the sauce is collected, then take out the cool chopped pieces.
- 7 Cut a piece into a plate
- 8 Sprinkle the remaining brine on top. Sprinkle with coriander
- 9 Eat well.
