Food Material List
- 1 butter 120g
- 2 Egg 120g
- 3 Unsalted butter 120g
- 4 caster sugar 120g
- 5 Low powder One hundred and fifty
- 6 Cranberry 30g
Operational steps
- 1 Soften butter and beat until light and fluffy
- 2 Add the sugar in two to three times and stir until the mixture is complete.
- 3 Add the egg juice eight to ten times and add another time after each absorption.
- 4 Add light cream three times and stir well.
- 5 Sift the starch into the butter paste and turn it over with a scraper to form a uniform paste.
