- 1 Pork 100g
- 2 Garlic sprouts 250g
- 3 salt One scoop
- 4 Soy sauce Half spoon

Operational steps
- 1 Cut garlic moss into two centimeters, slice meat into thin slices and put it in a bowl. Marinate with soy sauce and wine for half a minute.
- 2 Heat the pan with a spoonful of oil. Pour the marinated meat into the pan. Add half a spoonful of salt and stir-fry until the meat turns slightly white.
- 3 Add chopped garlic moss, add half a spoon of salt, stir-fry quickly to avoid pasting the pan.
- 4 Pour 2 cm deep water into the pot in a bowl of pickled meat. Turn it over and cover the pot and cook for half a minute.
- 5 Open the lid of the pan, put some fragrant oil on it and stir-fry it. It can be served and eaten.#^^#
