Fried noodles with onion oil

Healthy and delicious fried noodles~
Food Material List
- 1 Handmade egg noodles 300g
- 2 Winter bamboo shoots Half
- 3 Carrot Half
- 4 Black fungus Six flower
- 5 preserved szechuan pickle Few
- 6 Shallot A handful of
Operational steps
- 1 Bamboo shoots are boiled and chilled or shredded. Carrots are peeled and shredded. Auricularia auricula is foamed in warm water, washed and torn into small flowers. Shredded mustard, shallots are washed and cut into onions.
- 2 Boil the cold water in the pot, add a few drops of olive oil, put in the rolled noodles, and cook until six ripe. Remove the supercooled water, drain it and put it in a clean bowl.
- 3 Add a few drops of olive oil to the noodles, one spoonful of old, two spoonfuls of raw, and two spoonfuls of oyster oil. Mix well and set aside.
- 4 Return the pan and add a little olive oil. Stir-fry the winter bamboo shoots, carrots, agaric fungus and mustard for two or three minutes. Remove and set aside.
- 5 Hot pot, cold oil, mix the noodles into gently stir-fry with chopsticks for a moment, add the vegetables that have been stir-fried step by step, then stir-fry for a moment, and fry the excess water in the pot to dry.
- 6 Finally, add the scallions and stir-fry for another minute, then you can get out of the pot.
