Fried rice with scallions, sausages and eggs

My daughter-in-law wanted fried rice, so she fried this fried rice with scallions, sausages and eggs, which my daughter-in-law loved best.

Food Material List

1 Leftover rice Individual portion
2 Egg One
3 Green Chinese onion 15g
4 sausage 26G
5 Edible oil Appropriate amount
6 Pixian watercress Half spoon
7 Chicken essence Appropriate amount
8 Salt and pepper Appropriate amount
9 salt A few
10 Red pepper Two

Operational steps

1 Shredded scallions for reserve
2 Cut diced meat sausage in reserve
3 Chop dried chili peppers and set aside
