Operational steps
- 1 Rinse spareribs and boil them in cold water. Turn off the fire after 5 minutes.
- 2 2. Rinse the spareribs with warm water and dry them. (Actually, it doesnt matter whether the spareribs are hot or not, but Virgo has a little turtle hair, everyone knows.)
- 3 3. Point a few times with the knife tip at the place where the pork and spareribs are mixed in order to make them taste better.
- 4 4. Apply salt on both sides of spareribs, and then add other seasonings.
- 5 5. Peel and cut apples and red onions into pieces, whisk the mud, and wipe them evenly on the spareribs.
- 6 Marinate overnight with plastic wrap.
- 7 Cut the apples into pieces and put them in a cast iron pot or baking pan with carrots and onions;
- 8 Sprinkle some salt and pepper, sprinkle some garlic oil and mix well.
- 9 Place the cured ribs on the ingredients and cover the pot.
- 10 Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degree C for 1 hour.
- 11 Open the lid of the pot and put the asparagus section into the boiled water. Raise the oven temperature to 250 degrees C.
- 12 Open the lid and bake for 10-15 minutes to remove the color on the surface of the spareribs.
- 13 Pour the remaining sauce of the marinated spareribs into a small pot, add a little garlic oil, and boil until slightly thick. It can be used as dipping material for cutting and eating spareribs.
