Garlic-flavored back-to-the-pan meat resembles

After dinner, I did some water test last night, and the effect was good. Today, it was officially done once, but the meat was not enough, so we added some sausage, but it did not affect the practice.

Food Material List

  • 1 Streaky pork
  • 2 Garlic sprouts
  • 3 Hunan red pepper

Operational steps

  • 1 Wash the pork and slice it into thin slices.

Tips

1. Five-flower meat can be boiled in boiling water for 1-2 minutes before slicing, so it is convenient to slice into thin slices
2. When frying meat, there is no need to put too much oil, a little, just use hot oil to force the fat out of the five-flower meat slices, the taste will not be so fat
3. When frying meat, it is recommended to fry the meat slices in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer them to medium-heat frying slices, stir-fry them properly in the middle of the frying process, When the meat slices turn yellow, the fat part can be added into the side dish
