Garlic moss and pork

Its really fragrant to fry pork with oil and garlic moss.
Food Material List
- 1 Garlic sprouts 500g
- 2 Streaky pork 500g
Operational steps
- 1 Cut garlic moss into slices, cut pork into thin slices (you can boil it in water and then cut it into slices) and cut garlic into minced pieces.
- 2 Hot pot, put a little oil to moisten the pot, and then stir-fry the pork and oil. The pork is almost translucent.
- 3 Put aside the fried oily pork with a spatula, stir-fry the garlic powder to give the fragrance, add garlic moss, stir-fry until the skin looks a little wrinkled, then mix with the pork, stir-fry a few times, add salt, liquor, soy sauce seasoning, put pepper when the pot starts. (If you fry peppers in the first place, they wont be hot.) Okay.
