The wheat germ has been in love for a long time. After watching it for a long time in TB, the price difference is too big to start. A few days ago, I went to the supermarket and found the wheat germ in the grocery cabinet. The price is not cheap, so I collected a bag and used it.

Food Material List

  • 1 Yolk 5
  • 2 Low powder 90g
  • 3 wheat germ 30g
  • 4 egg white 5

Operational steps
