- 2 Digestive biscuits (biscuit base) 143g

- 6 Yolk 3
- 7 Berry sugar 10g
- 8 Milk 65g

Operational steps
- 1 Crush the digestive biscuits and mix them with sugar powder. Heat the butter until it melts. Pour it into the crushed biscuits and mix well.
- 2 Press the biscuit into the model, flattening the bottom and edge.
- 3 Whisk the fresh cream and mix it with cheese to form a butter cheese paste.
