Learn to make glutinous rice eggs. Ha-ha, I changed duck eggs into eggs, which tastes good. The ingredients in eggs can be my favorite food.
Food Material List
- 1 Carrot Appropriate amount
- 2 Meat powder (sausage, ham sausage) is fine. Appropriate amount
- 3 Winter bamboo shoots Appropriate amount
- 4 Corn kernels, pea kernels Appropriate amount
- 5 Glutinous rice Appropriate amount
- 6 Egg 5
- 7 Soy sauce Few
- 8 salt Few
Operational steps
- 1 Steam the glutinous rice after soaking (I soaked it in warm water for 2 hours in cold weather)
- 2 Carrot diced
- 3 Diced winter bamboo shoots, minced meat
- 4 Cook the ingredients in a pan
- 5 Add glutinous rice, add sauce, season with salt.
- 6 Knock a hole at one end of the egg to remove the egg white
- 7 The glutinous rice stuffed into the eggs is eight minutes full, steamed in a pot for 20 minutes. When steamed, a small bowl can be placed. The opening of the hole is arranged in a circle, so that the egg will not be crooked (this process is forgotten), and the result map will be directly displayed.
