Tips

1. When removing chicken leg bones, remove the tendons as far as possible, so as not to shrink in the process of steaming and affect the sales.
2. Glutinous rice is very sticky. If it is not evenly mixed in step 7, you can try adding a little mushroom-soaking water, but the water consumption should be as small as possible.
