Food Material List

1 Ordinary flour (I use black flour) 500g
2 Pork 500g
3 Celery (I use celery) 3 article
4 green pepper 14
5 onion Appropriate amount
6 Homemade pepper oil (or edible oil, pepper powder added separately) Appropriate amount
7 White pepper 3G
8 Cooking wine 5ml
9 Old soy sauce 3ml
10 sugar 2G
11 chicken powder 3G
12 Sesame oil 3ml
13 Sea rice 1 handles
14 Yeast powder 5g

Operational steps

1 No more flour and flour, but refer to the previous recipes such as small rolls! I cant make thin noodles with this flour because its thick and black.
