I went to Thailand twice in three months and liked the sour, sweet and spicy Thai food very much. So I bought a bottle of Thai sweet and spicy sauce. It was not made for the recipe. I didnt take many pictures. Please add it next time.

Food Material List

1 Fish Tofu 8
2 Shrimp meat 1 packs
3 Balsam pear 1 roots

Operational steps

1 Cook fish, tofu and shrimps in white water and remove them.
2 A piece of fish tofu, two knives, cut into four strips
3 Heat oil in frying pan, stir-fry onion and ginger until fragrant
4 Stir-fry fish, tofu sticks and shrimps over high heat with a little cooking wine.

7 Turn off the fire and braise for a minute. Completion in a hurry

Tips

Thai sweet sauce has a calculating ingredient. It tastes good enough. It doesnt need a lot of onions, ginger and garlic. It can be symbolically simmered with onions.
