This chili sauce is our familys favorite. Its very spicy.

Food Material List

  • 1 Big red pepper 5
  • 2 Millet pepper 10
  • 3 Lean pork 150g
  • 4 Fermented soya bean 150g
  • 5 Garlic powder Appropriate amount
  • 6 Ginger powder Appropriate amount
  • 7 soy sauce Few
  • 8 Old soy sauce Few
  • 9 salt Few
  • 10 Chicken essence Few
  • 11 Edible oil 150g

Operational steps

  • 1 Wash and reserve peppers
