  • 4 water 10g
  • 5 Vegetable oil 30g
  • 6 White granulated sugar 20g

Operational steps

  • 1 Put 4 proteins in an anhydrous container, add a few drops of lemon juice with a little salt, add 20 grams of sugar three times, beat them into a dry foam with an electric egg beater and put them in the refrigerator for refrigeration.

  • 4 Sift in starch quickly and mix evenly from bottom to top. Be careful not to circle to avoid defoaming. Pour in animal and vegetable oil and mix quickly. Put in a soft measuring cup and pour into the mould with paper holder. Sprinkle with almond slices.
  • 5 Place the mould in the middle of the preheated oven and fire 150 degrees for 40 minutes until the surface is golden. Cool after baking.
