Food Material List
- 1 Strong flour 400g
- 2 Dry yeast 7G
- 3 Berry sugar 50g
- 4 Cinnamon powder 1 teaspoon
- 5 Warm milk 250ml
- 6 Butter 50g
- 7 Chocolate granules 100g
- 8 flour 50g
Operational steps
- 1 Add high-gluten flour, dry yeast, fine sugar and a teaspoon of salt and cinnamon. Dig a hole in the middle, pour warm milk, a beaten egg (sorry, forgot to add eggs to the material) and butter. Again, add ingredients together. If its too dry, warm the water, and if its too wet, add flour.
- 2 Start with noodles (the same way that bread/steamed buns are fermented) and know that the volume is twice that of the original. The fermentation time depends on the temperature at home.
- 3 Add chocolate granules and mix with noodles. Divide the dough into eight small groups.
- 4 Put each small dough in a prepared container, leaving a little distance between each small dough. Let the dough ferment again to double its original volume.
- 5 Now Im going to make a cross. Add 4-5 tablespoons of water and 1 teaspoon of sugar to the flour and mix well. Put in the pipe bag and draw the cross.
- 6 Put it in an oven of 180-200 degrees for 20 minutes.
- 7 If you want to glaze, you are welcome to comment because there are many different ways to glaze. I havent done this recipe myself, but I have it on hand, so Ill share it.
