Todays Spring Festival is my mothers birthday. Its a very good day. Every year on February 4th, we often meet the Spring Festival. We even meet several Spring Festivals, family celebration and joy. Theres a staple food on my familys New Years Eve table, spring roll. The old people in my family harvested onions and carrots in the vegetable garden before the Spring Festival. Chicken eggs, come and celebrate the New Year with us. We use mung beans to send out bean sprouts, close fresh onions and eggs, and make a spring roll, or fried, or fried ~The old people see their grandchildren before the New Years Eve dinner is set out, eat spring rolls and eat their bellies round, laughing too close to each other.

Operational steps
