2 After the mung beans are foamed, pour in appropriate amount of water, boil over high heat, then turn to low heat, boil for 15-20 minutes or so, during which time, skim off the floating powder.
3 Finally, put in ice sugar, turn off the fire and cover the pan for a while. When the mung bean soup is cool, it can be put into the refrigerator.
