Jade shrimp soup (shepherds purse shrimp)

Originally, I wanted to buy crickets. But its still too cold, and there are few people to buy. The vendors eldest brother didnt buy any shrimps, but its also good to change them into shrimps. Other small seafood like clams and cuttlefish is not a big problem, so lets see what relatives like to eat.

Food Material List

  • 1 Shepherds purse Appropriate amount
  • 2 Shrimp meat Appropriate amount
  • 3 Cooking wine 2 scoops
  • 4 White pepper 1 scoops
  • 5 Soup clear water 1 bowl
  • 6 starch 2 scoops
  • 7 Salt and chicken essence 1 spoon each

Operational steps

  • 1 Marinate shrimps with white pepper and olive oil for 30 minutes
