Friends who have watched the Japanese opera "Late Night Canteen" probably know this dish. In cold winter, a bowl of hot dolphin juice can definitely warm you enough from head to foot.

Food Material List

10 Red Miso 50g

14 Juice powder 10g

17 Sesame oil Appropriate amount

Operational steps

11 Add oil tofu and konjac and stir-fry.
12 Stir-fry until the vegetable is slightly out of water, then heat the water in a proper amount, and then cook the vegetable before serving.
13 When the fire is heated to the boiling water and all the seasonings are poured into it, the miso must be fully melted. I used two kinds of miso, which are purely personal preferences. Usually one is enough.
14 Finally, add cabbage.
15 Cover the pan and simmer for about 30 minutes.
16 Cook until the ingredients are soft and rotten. Turn off the fire. Finally, pour some sesame oil on it, and you can get out of the pot.
17 Sprinkle some onions in full season, and then you can eat. Some people also like to eat when sprinkled with seven flavors of chili powder, which can be determined by personal preferences.
