1Choose green plum with good shape and no scars. Rinse it several times and soak it in water for 2-3 hours. After rinsing, dry the water and set aside.
2Use toothpicks to gently remove the remaining stalks. Do not hurt the plum meat.
3Containers should be sterilized with hot water and dried. Do not leave oil stains. Put the treated plum and ice sugar in the bottle.
4Then sprinkle honey on it.
5Finally, pour the distilled liquor slowly and place it sealed for more than half a year. But I recommend drinking it a year later. The longer the storage time is, the more mellow the taste is. You have to be patient if you want to drink good wine.
6In the middle of the way, you can shake it gently every few months, because the sugar and honey will precipitate slowly, but you must shake it gently, slowly and vigorously, which will affect the quality of the wine.
7This is the wine brewed last year. Ive already drunk half of it.
8It is recommended to drink with ice in summer. It is fruity and mellow.
9It is recommended to drink hot water in winter, warm and beautiful.
