Jiaxia is a simple and easy way to make quick-hand noon dishes, home-made version of Gongbao Chicken Ding

This was done a week ago. Because there was no time to update, it was delayed. Today, we have time to make up for it. Gongbao Chicken Ding is fried from chicken, dried chili pepper and peanut rice. Its chicken is tender, peanut is crisp, and chili pepper is spicy.

Food Material List

  • 1 Chicken breast 250g
  • 2 cucumber 1 roots
  • 3 peanut 1 dishes
  • 4 Pepper Appropriate amount

Operational steps

  • 1 Chicken is washed and diced, sliced with onion and ginger, and marinated with wine, pepper and salt.
  • 2 Cucumber diced, chilli cut, onion cut, garlic sliced, peanut fried crisp and then cooled.
  • 3 Heat oil in a hot pot, add pepper, scallion, ginger, garlic and chili, stir-fry until fragrant.
  • 4 Add chicken breast and stir-fry, then add the sauce mixed with vermouth, sugar, salt, starch and pepper to stir-fry until tasty.
  • 5 Stir-fry cucumber cucumbers, add fried peanuts before starting the pan, stir-fry the sauce and serve in a pan.
