Operational steps

4 Cover the film and wake up for 15 minutes; exhaust separately after waking up, then roll round on the baking tray.
5 Changdi electric oven, select fermentation function, temperature is not selected, automatic temperature adjustment. Place a plate of warm water on the bottom and bread on the top. Fermentation lasts 40 minutes or so to double the size. Its twice as big and round and cute!!
6 Blend 100 grams of coconut milk and 28 grams of sugar powder with a manual egg beater for 1 minute to blend them together. Brush the coconut milk evenly on the surface of the dough with an oil brush, then pour the rest directly into the mould and sprinkle with appropriate amount of coconut.
7 Put it in the oven, 170 degrees, 28 minutes; in the past 10 minutes, the bread has been colored and covered with tin paper to prevent it from being baked.
