Personally, I think this egg cake is very fragrant! Of course, its not an ordinary egg cake. Its filled with meat, leek moss and some sweet peppers. Im made of iron pot. If you use pan, or electric cake, the effect is better.

Food Material List

1 Leek moss 80g
2 Sweet pepper 0.3
3 Egg 2
4 Pork 150g

Operational steps

1 Older parts of leek moss are removed, and the tail moss is also pinched off. After washing, dice and reserve.
2 Peel and seed the sweet pepper, wash and dice.
