Food Material List
- 1 Yogurt 120g
- 2 Yolk 2 pieces
- 3 protein 2
- 4 Low powder 20g
Operational steps
- 1 Mix yoghurt, corn oil and egg yolk well.
- 2 Sift starch and starch mixture, add to yogurt egg paste, mix well
- 3 Add 10 g Sugar to the protein, whisk until the fish eye is blistered, then add 10 g sugar.
- 4 Continue to whisk until swelling and whitening. Add 10 g Sugar for the last time.
- 5 When the agitator is lifted, it will bend and drop to the surface with lines.
- 6 Add the beaten protein into the batter twice, turn it from bottom to top, and mix evenly. Be careful not to draw circles to stir.
- 7 Paste the cake into the mould, put it in the preheated oven, top and bottom fire, middle layer, 175 degrees, 15-18 minutes, until the surface is golden.
- 8 Take it out and eat it when its cooled down. It can also be refrigerated before eating, unique flavor. Come and feel its light and soft!
