Food Material List

  • 1 plain flour 500g
  • 2 Baking powder 10g
  • 3 Egg 1
  • 4 salt 5g
  • 5 butter 50g
  • 6 Milk (with or without water) 15g
  • 7 water 150g

Operational steps

  • 1 Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, add water one by one, and knead into a smooth dough.
