Suddenly I wanted to eat fried dough sticks, but I couldnt rest assured that I bought them outside, so I made them by myself.

Food Material List

1 plain flour 500g
2 Baking powder 10g
3 Egg 1
4 salt 5g
5 butter 50g
6 Milk (with or without water) 15g
7 water 150g

Operational steps

1 Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, add water one by one, and knead into a smooth dough.
2 Wake up for 15 minutes with bowl upside down
3 Pull the dough out into a thick rectangle, wrap it in a plastic wrap and refrigerate it for 8 hours.
4 Take it out and put some flour on the back to prevent sticking. Cut it into even-sized pieces with a knife. Then fold the two pieces together.
5 Press it down with chopsticks in the middle, then pull it to the length you want and pull it on both sides to prevent it from falling off.
6 Deep-fry at 200 degrees (throw a small dough down and float immediately). Deep-fry until golden yellow is picked up. Use kitchen paper to absorb the excess oil and eat it.
