Ive seen similar recipes before, and its been growing grass. This time I happened to meet new friends. It was my best intention to bring some companionship gifts. The first attempt is perfect, so dont be afraid of novices.
Food Material List
- 1 Low-gluten flour 180g
- 2 Unsalted Butter 120g
- 3 Egg 1 pieces
- 4 xylitol 60g
- 5 Monascus powder 3G
- 6 Tea powder barley leaves 3G
- 7 sesame Appropriate amount
Operational steps
- 1 Prepare the ingredients in grams. Butter should soften at room temperature.
- 2 When the butter softens, 60 grams of sugar are poured in batches to mix the sugar and butter evenly. You can choose to use sugar powder, sugar substitutes, xylitol, you can! Mix well and divide into 5:3:2 dough. Fifty percent of the dough is kneaded with Monascus powder; thirty percent is kneaded with tea powder (barley juice powder instead of tea powder if you dont like the taste of tea); twenty percent is to be used.
- 4 Red koji flour dough rolled into cylinder on oil paper and put in refrigerator for 8-10 minutes; original color dough rolled into sheets on oil paper and put in refrigerator for 5 minutes; tea powder dough rolled into sheets on oil paper and put in refrigerator for 5 minutes. - 5 Frozen dough is very good cut, cut into half centimeter thick slices, then sprinkle with sesame (black sesame is more appropriate), sliced on oil paper into the oven! (Dont forget to preheat the oven.)
- 6 After baking for five minutes, cover with tin paper to prevent discoloration. You can bake it for another 15 minutes or so.
- 7 The crackers are still soft and crisp when they are put in the air for a while.
- 8 Its not good to do shape control for the first time. Practice more.
- 9 Add a filter. Its so small and fresh.
