Maotai Pineapple Crisp

Yesterday, I made pineapple jam. I could not finish it all at once, but I was afraid that it would go bad. Today, I added some malt and corn starch and fried it in a pot, and mixed it with some coconut. Made into pineapple crisp, I personally like to wipe tea, so this pastry was born. I baked it three times in a universal bread machine!

Food Material List

  • 2 flour 150g
  • 3 Tea powder 20g
  • 4 butter 60g
  • 5 Powdered sugar 30g
  • 6 salt Few
  • 7 milk 65g
  • 8 Yolk 1
